The rules for using this website. By using it, you agree to them. Our client work is covered separately, by the proposal and contract we agree with you.
Who we are
This site is run by Growth Motive Consulting LLC, a mainland company in Dubai, licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism (licence no. 1650126). “We” and “us” mean Growth Motive.
Using the site
You’re welcome to read, share and link to this site. Please don’t:
- use it for anything unlawful, or to send spam
- try to break, overload or get around its security
- copy large parts of it, or scrape it automatically, without our permission
Information, not advice
Our insights, articles and Motive results are general information to help you think about growth. They aren’t professional advice for your business, and they’re no substitute for a proper review of your situation.
Motive’s score and suggested Box are based only on your answers and are a starting point for a conversation. Please don’t make important business decisions on them alone. We’re happy to talk them through on a call.
Prices and engagements
Prices, fee bands and timelines on this site (for example “4 to 12 weeks” or “AED 50,000 to 150,000”) are a guide, not an offer. Every engagement is scoped with you and set out in a written proposal and contract. Those documents, not this website, set the work, the fees and the terms.
Calls and bookings
Introductory calls are free and don’t commit you to anything. Bookings are made through Calendly, and its own terms apply to the booking itself. If you need to move or cancel a call, use the link in your confirmation email or write to us.
Our content
The text, design, graphics, Box names, the Motive name and the Growth Motive name and logo belong to us. You may quote short extracts with credit and a link. For anything more, ask us first.
Client names and logos belong to their owners. They appear here to show work we’ve been part of, and don’t mean those companies endorse this site.
Other websites
We link to other sites, such as LinkedIn, Calendly and WhatsApp. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Our responsibility
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or online. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited under UAE law.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
