Privacy Policy
What we collect when you use this site, why, who else sees it, and how to ask us to change or delete it. We keep it short and we only collect what we need to reply to you.
Who we are
This site is run by Growth Motive Consulting LLC, a mainland company in Dubai, licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism (licence no. 1650126). In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Growth Motive.
We decide how your personal data is used, so we are responsible for it under the UAE’s Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Questions about your data go to hello@growthmotive.co.
What we collect
Only what you give us, and a little that your browser sends to any website:
- When you write to us through the contact form: your name, email, company (if you add it) and your message.
- When you use Motive, our growth check: your answers. If you ask for your results by email, your email address and, if you add it, your name.
- When you book a call: the name, email and notes you enter in the calendar. These go to Calendly, which runs our booking calendar.
- When you message us on WhatsApp or email: whatever you send, in those apps.
- When you visit: the technical details every browser sends, such as your IP address, device and browser type. Our host uses these to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We don’t ask for sensitive data (health, religion, finances and similar), and we ask you not to send it.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and arrange a call.
- To send your Motive results and follow up on them. Seton reviews your result and may contact you about it.
- To prepare for a call you’ve booked, using the notes and answers you gave.
- To keep the site working and secure.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t add you to a mailing list. Our newsletter is on LinkedIn, and you subscribe there yourself.
We use your data because you’ve asked us to do something (reply, send results, hold a call), and for our legitimate interest in following up on an enquiry you started. You can tell us to stop at any time.
Cookies and your browser
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
It does keep two small things in your own browser. Your Motive answers are saved there for 7 days, so you can pick up where you left off. A short-lived flag makes the page transitions smooth. Neither is sent to us. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
The booking calendar is provided by Calendly and may set its own cookies when it loads. See Calendly’s cookie policy for details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and Motive results for up to two years after our last contact, then delete them. If we work together, we keep the records UAE law requires businesses to keep, generally for five years.
Motive answers saved in your browser clear themselves after 7 days.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct anything that’s wrong
- delete your data
- stop using it, or limit how we use it
- stop contacting you
Email hello@growthmotive.co. We’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.
Keeping it safe
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to our inboxes and tools is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if something goes wrong that affects your data, we’ll tell you.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use personal data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
